When you receive your order please notify us within 48 hours if they have arrived with any defects, they are damaged or simply if you are not entirely happy with our order.
You can then return them to us within 28 days and if returned in the condition it has left us, the item is unused and with the correct packaging we will provide you with an exchange at our discretion or issue a refund in certain cases.
For all returns except where the item is faulty the item/s must be appropriately packed in the original packaging and please enclose proof of purchase. Please obtain your proof of postage also as we cannot except any responsibility for items ‘lost in transit’.
Personalised items will not be able to be returned unless a fault is found within the item. A fault is classed as a spelling issue. We do not class alignment issues , text spacing , spoon types as a fault. If you have received a personalised item and are unhappy with the choice of spoon for the order, are not happy with the text layout OR alignment a return will not be accepted.
We will of course pay for the return of the product if it is faulty or the wrong item received.
